No. All PDF parsing, form field recognition, data entry, form data writing, and document export runs entirely offline in your local browser.
Up to 200MB per file. Automatically parses standard interactive PDF forms: text fields, text areas, checkboxes, radio buttons, and dropdown menus.
This tool only works with PDFs containing native interactive form fields. Static image-based PDFs without form controls cannot be auto-detected. Use the Advanced PDF Editor to manually add text.
Filled content is permanently written to PDF form fields. The exported file displays entered data. The original blank form PDF is never modified.
Real-time editing, deletion, and clearing of all form fields is supported. All entries can be freely modified before export.
No export limits. Output PDF has no additional watermarks. No registration required. Free for personal and commercial use.
How It Works
This PDF form filler is built on the OpenDataLoader open-source local PDF parsing engine. All file processing is performed offline in your browser.
1. 1. Local PDF Form Parsing: Reads the complete data stream, identifies all form control objects, distinguishes field types, and records coordinates, sizes, and input format constraints.
2. 2. Frontend Form Interaction Rendering: Renders input-capable web controls over the PDF preview layer matching original form positions and sizes. All user-entered data is temporarily stored locally.
3. 3. Form Data Writing to PDF Structure: Writes all user-entered form data into the PDF native form dictionary, binding to corresponding controls. Original page content, layout, and formatting are fully preserved.
4. 4. Filled PDF Local Export: After form data writing completes, generates a new PDF with all filled content locally. One-click download.
